NBA本季大幅調升薪資上限，不僅在季前出現多位聯盟非一線球星獲得高額薪資的「大頂薪」現象，現在還延續到了開季後的延長合約上，爵士法國中鋒戈貝爾（Rudy Gobert）今天就傳出將與球隊達成4年破億美元的延長合約。
身為2013年眾多選秀中鋒中表現最亮眼的球員之一，爵士戈貝爾上季代表球隊出賽61場繳出平均9.1分11籃板2.2阻攻的亮眼數據，雖然數據表現還擠不上聯盟一線中鋒之列，但年僅24歲所蘊含的潛力卻是備受期待。
而根據美國媒體今天報導，爵士隊將在近日宣布與戈貝爾簽下4年額計1.02億美元的延長合約，加上同梯的雷霆亞當斯（Steven Adams）也傳出將簽下4年1億美元的延長合約，聯盟將一口氣多出兩名平均年薪破2000萬的頂薪中鋒。
